Education:
Born in Ankara, she completed her elementary, middle, and high school education there. She received her undergraduate education at the Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Faculty of Law and graduated in 2022. As of 2024, she has begun her master’s degree in the Thesis-Based Master’s Program in International Private Law at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University, and her education is ongoing.
Experience:
In August 2022, she served as a summer intern at the Istanbul Arbitration Center. Subsequently, she completed her legal internship at Eyuboğlu Law Office, starting in October 2022. Later, she participated in an internship program at Human Ports. In 2023, she obtained a med-arb arbitration certificate through TOBB-UYUM and serves as a med-arb arbitrator within the relevant institution. Additionally, as of January 2025, she continues to practice as a lawyer.

Born in Çanakkale (Dardanelles), Att.Süer completed his primary, secondary and high school education in this city.
After having graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1999, he completed his master’s degree at the same university with his thesis titled “Prevention of Financing of Terrorism in International Law”.
He has successfully completed one-year “Certificate Program on Obligations and Commercial Law” at the Institute of Banking and Commercial Law (BTHAE) with distinction.
In addition to numerous certificates in the field of law, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Management and Information Systems (MIS- Anadolu University Distance Education Faculty). He has also successfully obtained certifications for ADR Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (TMGD) and CPC for Road Transport Managers (ODY3) exams. Work Experience:
Starting his professional career as a judicial magistrate from 2000 to 2005, Süer served as the Head of the Trade and TIR Department of Union of Chambers of Turkey (TOBB) from 2005 to 2015, and held the positions of Executive Board Chairman and Chief Legal Counsel of TOBBUND Logistics Investment Inc. from 2016 to 2019. He served as a member of the TOBB TIR Committee and GS1 Turkey Committee. Between 2020 and 2023, he served as the Deputy Secretary General and Acting Deputy of the Ankara Chamber of Commerce (ATO).
During these positions, he participated in numerous national and international projects in the transportation and logistics sector such as eTIR, GEBOS, STAUM, GDSN, and Traffic 100% Life. He represented Turkish transport sector at several international bodies including IRU, GS1, UN/ECE WP.30, ITF, and BSEC.
In 2017, he became a member of the Istanbul Bar Association. Since 2024, he has been providing legal consultancy services in Ankara, focusing on alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.
Alternative Dispute Resolution:
He serves as a mediator with registration number 2994. His areas of expertise in mediation are Labor Law and Commercial Law.
He is an accredited mediator and a Mediation-Arbitration (Med-Arb) Arbitrator by TOBBUYUM (Turkish Union of Chambers’ ADR Body). He carries out active arbitration duties within the Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC) and the Dispute Resolution Body of TOBBUYUM Internet Domain Name (İAA).

Yahya Kemal GENÇ graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Civil Engineering in 1997. His Master’s degree in Business Administration from TOBB University of Economics and Technology is at the thesis stage. He is originally from Trabzon. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Istanbul.
Work Experience:
Between 1997-2004, he worked as a field engineer, construction site supervisor, logistics manager and project manager in various companies in the construction sector in Istanbul, Romania and Russia. Between 2004-2023, he worked as the Director of Construction and Real Estate Affairs at the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey.
Between 2009 and 2016, he served as a Board Member and Vice President of the Building Research Association, which was established under the leadership of TOBB, METU and IMSAD for the standardization and certification of innovative and non-standard construction materials.
During his tenure in the private sector and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, he specialized in the preparation of tender documents, management of tender processes, contract management, project management, follow-up of legal processes, execution of subcontractor contracts, logistics, progress payments, final accounts, inspection and acceptance in many projects related to construction works. During the same period, he also worked on legislation regulation, real estate development, facility management and leasing.
Yahya Kemal GENÇ, who has certificates in Construction Finance, Construction Estimation and Cost Control, Construction Project Management, Construction Time Planning, completed the Ministry of Justice Expert Witness training in 2018.
